General Terms and Conditions Soft Revolt B.V.
1. Who we are: Soft Revolt
This website is operated under the name Soft Revolt, and the sale of Soft Revolt goods via this website is carried out by Soft Revolt B.V., a Dutch private limited company located at Valschermkade 26A, 1059 CD Amsterdam, the Netherlands (hereinafter also referred to as; ‘Soft Revolt’, ‘We’, ‘Us’), Chamber of Commerce number 77384024.
2. Applicability
- These terms and conditions (hereinafter the: 'Terms and Conditions') apply to every agreement between you (hereinafter also referred to as: 'Customer') and us, the use of our website www.softrevolt.com (including orders placed through that website), and all information on that website.
- We may amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. The amended terms shall come into force upon publication on our website and apply to agreements concluded thereafter.
3. The Offer
- Our products are displayed on our website, where you will find the necessary information to make a purchase decision. Prices (including VAT) and any special conditions will be stated.
- We are not bound by any obvious errors or mistakes on our website.
- The online purchase of our products and the use of our website are intended for consumers only. We are under no obligation to accept orders from businesses or legal entities and retain the right to refuse orders intended for unauthorised resale or distribution.
4. The Agreement
- The agreement between you and Soft Revolt is established when you place your order through our website and meet all conditions. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
- We reserve the right to cancel the agreement after receiving your order. If this occurs, you will be informed accordingly. If payment has already been made, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
5. Delivery and Shipping
- Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
- If the ordered product is in stock, we will do our best to deliver it as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
- In the event of a delay in delivery or an inability to fulfil an order, we will notify you within 30 days. In such cases, you have the right to cancel the order at no cost, and we will process a full refund.
- Shipping costs, as well as any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees, are the sole responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- The risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Shipping Policy
- Orders exceeding € 100,- qualify for free shipping within the Netherlands. For orders below this threshold, a shipping fee of € 4,25 applies.
- We only deliver within the European Union (EU). The applicable shipping costs for other EU countries will be displayed at the checkout.
- Orderes exceeding € 150,- qualify for free shipping within the EU.
- All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Depending on the country of destination, import duties, customs fees, or additional taxes may apply. The customer is solely responsible for covering these additional costs.
Availability and Partial Shipment
- Soft Revolt may fulfil orders in partial deliveries if certain products or sizes are temporarily out of stock. In such cases, the remaining items will be delivered as soon as they become available, with an estimated delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks (indicated on the product page or communicated separately). Partial deliveries do not affect the validity of the purchase agreement.
- If a new size or product is introduced, customers may have the option to pre-order. The estimated delivery time for pre-ordered items is also 4-6 weeks.
- Estimated delivery times per size are indicated on the respective product pages. If your selected size is in stock, the order will typically be delivered within 2-3 business days
- If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, disruptions in transportation, or supplies failures, we will inform you as soon as possible. In such cases, Soft Revolt is not liable for any resulting delays or non-performance.
- If the force majeure situation persists for more than 30 days, both you and Soft Revolt have the right to cancel the order, and any payments made for undelivered items will be refunded.
6. Payment
- Payment must be made using one of the methods available on our website.
- Ownership of the product is transferred upon full receipt of payment, including any applicable delivery charges.
7. Discount Codes and Promotional Offers
- Discount codes and promotional offers are valid only for the period specified and are subject to availability.
- Discount codes cannot be used in combination with other promotional offers, discounts, or on already discounted products unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Soft Revolt reserves the right to modify or withdraw any discount codes or promotions at discretion, without prior notice.
- If a discount code is used in violation of these terms, we reserve the right to cancel the order or charge the full price of the product(s).
8. Right of Withdrawal
- You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a 14-day cooling-off period after delivery, without providing reasons. However, we may ask for feedback to improve our products.
- During the cooling-off period, you must handle the product, packaging, and related materials with care. The product may only be used for fitting, as would be permitted in a physical store.
- Labels, price tags, and similar attachments must nog be removed.
- Withdrawal must be communicated via the return form on our website. We will confirm receipt by email.
- The return is shipped to our warehouse: Monta BV, Polderweg-Oost 19, 2973 AN Molenaarsgraaf.
- The returned product must be sent back within 14 days following the return instructions on our website. Return costs are borne by customer.
- If the return meets the conditions outlined above, we will issue a full refund.
9. Warranty and Liability
- We guarantee that our products meet the reasonable quality expectations. If a product is defective, customers must notify us within a reasonable timeframe.
- Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective goods. We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to financial losses, business interruptions, or consequential damages.
- Any claims for defects must be supported by sufficient evidence, such as photographs and proof of purchase. If a product is demonstrably defective, it can be returned within two months for a full refund of the purchase price. If the defect is reported after the two-month period, it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
10. Privacy and Security
- When placing orders and using our website, you provide us with personal data.
- We will protect this data as best as possible. More information can be found in our Privacy Policy on our website.
- We may use customer comments on our website and social media in our publications.
- While we strive to keep our website free of viruses, we cannot guarantee it at all times. We may link to third-party websites, but we are not responsible for their content or operations.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights, related to content on our website remain the property of Soft Revolt and or/its subsidiaries or licensors.
- The website and its content (including logos, graphics, designs, and other materials) may not be copied, stored, publicly communicated, or distributed without express written permissions from Soft Revolt.
- Unauthorised use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions or the Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Where possible, the invalid provision will be modified or interpreted in a way that aligns with its original intent and complies with the law.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with the Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our website and any transactions made through it. They replace any prior or concurrent agreements between us.
14. Customer Service and Complaints

- If you are dissatisfied with a product or service, you may submit a complaint via hello@softrevolt.com. We will respond within five (5) business days.
15. Final Provisions
Dutch law applies to these General Terms and Conditions and any agreements with us. The Vienna Sales Convention does not apply. In the event of disputes arising from agreements, the competent court of Amsterdam has jurisdiction.
