Shipping policy
Delivery
- We deliver the ordered product to the address you provided when placing your order.
- If in stock, we will ship the ordered product as soon as possible, and no later than within 30 days.
- We may agree on a different delivery period with you or specify a special delivery condition for certain products, as mentioned with the product in the webshop.
- If the delivery is delayed or an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be informed as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after placing the order. In that case you have the right to cancel the agreement at no cost, if you choose to cancel, we will immediately refund any amount you paid in connection with the order.
We have an order processing time of 1–3 business days before your package is shipped.
Netherlands:
€4.25. Free shipping for all orders over €100.
Other EU countries:
- Shipping costs to other EU countries will be shown at checkout.
- Orders over €150 are shipped free within the EU.
- Delivery times within the EU vary by country and depend on the carrier.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an estimated delivery time.
Outside the EU:
We currently only deliver within the EU.
We ship from the Netherlands. Import duties may apply depending on the destination country. These additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
