If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the package within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused (unwashed, no make-up or sweat stains) and in the same condition in which you received it.

Returns can be made in three easy steps:
1. Fill in the contact form via the button below. State your order number and reason for return.
2. Put the bralette back in the box in its original packaging, seal the box and stick the return label that you receive from us on the box.
3. Deliver your package to a drop-off point and keep your proof of shipment.

Once our storage partner has received the package, we need a few working days to process it. If the product is in the correct condition, the purchase amount will then be refunded within a few days.

Please note! The return costs are at your own expense. As a starting lingerie brand and from a sustainable point of view, we cannot cover all costs and we hope for your understanding.

If you want to exchange the product for a different size, this is very easy. The product must be unused (unwashed, no make-up or sweat stains) and in its original condition. Fill in the contact form and state your order number and which other size you want to receive. Not sure about your size? We are happy to help you find your correct Soft Revolt size! Our sizes are unique and are based on centimeters. So do not assume your existing size, but always measure yourself with a centimeter and state your size and current cup size in the contact form. Once we have received your return, we will send you a new size as soon as possible. Exchanging a Soft Revolt product is free.
