RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Can I exchange or return Soft Revolt products?
Yes, you can exchange or return your order within 14 days from the delivery date. This can be done via our returns portal.
Please note: We do not accept used or washed items for return. We kindly ask that you return products in the same condition in which you received them, including hangtags and labels.
Returns:
Please note! Soft Revolt does not cover the cost of return shipments. Sorry! We hope you understand — we're a startup. All refunds will only be issued after the returned products have been inspected and approved.
- Return the items in the original shipping box. If you no longer have it, please use packaging that will prevent the items from being damaged.
- Register your return via the following link. You will need the order number and the email address used to place the order. You can find the order number in your order confirmation.
- Attach the return label to the package and drop it off.

Exchanges
We’re happy to help you find the right size. That's why exchanging a bralette for a different size is free of charge. You’ll receive a shipping label from us, and we’ll send the new size at no cost to you. You can exchange a product via the returns portal see the Returns section above.
Refunds
- After we received your package in our warehouse, your return will be processed and you will receive your refund within 5-10 business days.
- Once we’ve received your package, you’ll get a confirmation email.
- If you used a discount code at the time of purchase, you’ll only be refunded the amount actually paid.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method. If you paid with an online gift card, the amount will be refunded to that gift card.
- Soft Revolt reserves the right to refuse a refund if items are not returned in their original condition.
